Meet the Team
Prior to founding Arrow Lucy spent several years at a specialist interiors PR agency, as well as working in-house as PR Manager for interiors marketplace Clippings.com, where she was responsible for securing press coverage for almost 300 small design brands.
In her spare time she writes Decorenvy, a widely-acclaimed blog dedicated to home tours, DIY projects and unearthing interesting products from little-known designers. It has won and been nominated for a variety of awards, as well as being featured in ELLE Decoration, EKBB and HomeStyle Magazine.
Tom has a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, and an MA in Advertising & Strategy Planning - both from Falmouth University. Originally from Nottingham, he gravitated to the South West for its creative opportunities.
Tom is passionate about design, and his love of symmetry and clean, simple lines spans his interests; from interior design to film and art. He is happiest when travelling to new places, experiencing the architecture and sampling new foods.
After living in Brighton for four years, Rachel has returned to her home in the West Country to pursue a career in PR. Prior to joining Arrow she studied English Literature and completed a graduate scheme working with entrepreneurs and small enterprises. She loves writing, reading and anything to do with words; and spends her free time cooking (and eating!), travelling and creative writing. She also runs her own lifestyle blog, Written by Rachel.
Junior Account Executive
A recent newcomer to Bristol, Naomi moved from Norwich to start an adventure in a bigger, busier city. Before joining Arrow, she studied for a degree in Sociology and worked as an Events Coordinator for a networking organisation focused on linking local businesses. When she’s not exploring Bristol scouting out new places to eat, Naomi enjoys running, trying her hand at different recipes to varying success, and making a mess on canvases with watercolours and sketches.
Social Media Manager
Karina has a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, during which she mastered radio, TV & online news production. After graduating, she spent four years in London working in fashion and events, before moving back to her lovely hometown of Bristol, where she has been cooking up a digital media storm ever since.
She has over six years' experience in digital marketing, specialising in content creation, social media and email communications. When she's not working, she runs her own fashion and lifestyle blog, and can often be found with an Aperol Spritz in hand and Beyoncé on the speakers.
